Jenoptik Group continued its positive development in the 1st quarter 2012.

Sales and earnings reached the same high level as in the previous year. Demand from the automotive industry remained positive, demand from the semiconductor industry better than expected. Outlook for the current fiscal year reaffirmed.

Bauhaus.SOLAR AWARD

The Bauhaus.SOLAR AWARD is being awarded for the third time at the 5th International Congress Bauhaus.SOLAR in Erfurt (Germany). This award for young talent is being advertised Europewide by SolarInput e.V., Solarvalley Mitteldeutschland e.V., German Solar Industry Association (BSW) and European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) and is aimed at students and young graduates.

It honours superb architecture and design projects which demonstrate the innovative use of renewable energy. The Bauhaus.SOLAR Award is endowed with € 15,000.00 in total and offers young talented designers and architects the chance to present designs, projects and innovation to the public and businesses.
